Each year the Meher Spiritual Center welcomes thousands
of visitors who have an interest in learning more about
the life and message of Avatar Meher Baba and experiencing
the unique atmosphere here.
If you have never stayed at the Center before, please see First-time Retreat to find out how to contact us about coming for an overnight retreat for the first time.
It is preferred that reservations be made by phone.
However, if you are a return guest, reservations can
also be made by e-mail
or regular
mail.
Note, however, that nonphone messages might not be read until a
full day or more after they are received.
The furthest ahead reservations may be made is approximately three months. On the first of each month, we begin taking reservations for any time during the month that is three months ahead. For example, as of September 1st, you can make a reservation that begins any time in December; as of October 1st, you can make a reservation that begins any time in January; and so on. The length of a retreat may be anywhere from one night up to two weeks.
Guests are requested to vacate their cabins by 11 a.m.
on date of departure, but may stay on the Center grounds
until 5 p.m. Overnight stays are $20 plus 11% tax per
night for each adult, $7 plus tax for children under
18, and no charge for children under 7. The preferred
methods of payment are by cash or check, payable at
the time of your retreat.
Be aware that no alcohol or illegal drugs, including marijuana, may be brought to the Center. Please do not bring pets. A flashlight is needed at night and covered shoes (not sandals) are to be worn at all times outdoors. Please read our Directives for details.
When making your reservation, please:

Call in your own reservation, and ask others to call in theirs, rather than trying to do it for someone else. |

Be ready with full names of everyone in your party, ages of children, date of arrival, expected arrival time and the date of your departure. Note that the arrival time is a BIG help to the cabin crew and Gateway staff in being ready for you when you arrive. Arrival by 5 p.m. is preferred, but no later than 9 p.m. First-time visitors need to arrive by 3:30 p.m. If you would like an airport pickup, please see the Airport Pickup Service
