Open Invitation for Input and Feedback

Meher Center governance policy is designed to ensure that decision making and ongoing evaluation is informed and supported by the involvement of the larger Meher Baba family. Thoughtful input from community members and visitors is encouraged and always appreciated.

The basic areas for input and feedback are Policy (Board’s responsibility) and Management (Executive Director and Retreat Manager).

Decisions concerning new policy, policy changes, and policy compliance are made by group consensus when the Board meets periodically.
Management decisions which fall within current policy guidelines are made by the Executive Director and Retreat Manager.

Written and electronic communications can be directed to the Board, Executive Director or the Retreat Manager, or copied to all. Informal contact is welcomed. Our goal is to ensure open communication between the Meher Baba family and Center management at all levels.
