“Just to see Baba’s enjoyment”

In this recording from Mandali Hall, Baba’s sister Mani share stories of making Baba laugh. With all her usual enthusiasm and charisma, Mani talks about how much Baba loved humor, and the great delight everyone got from witnessing Baba’s own enjoyment and silent laughter. Toward the end of the recording, Baba’s nephew Sohrab jumps in to help Mani tell the tale of when he impersonated Baba at a darshan program in Guruprasad, a story shared in the Twins’ talk from a recent offering with a splendid new perspective offered by Mani.

Buffalo Bash

This is last Saturday’s loving and joyful performance by a group of Baba friends from Buffalo, New York (and some additional friends from Myrtle Beach!). The evening starts with a song written by Meher Baba and ends with an ensemble extravaganza about feeling His love—with a whole lot of fun and devotion in between.

“He will never let you drown”

Rhoda Dubash grew up in an anti-Baba family, and it was only after her marriage to Adi Dubash that Baba wormed His way fully and irrevocably into her heart. In this recording, she talks about the importance of sticking to Baba and only to Baba, accepting everything as His will. She says that Baba will never give us more than we can take, and He is with us through every moment of our lives.

“Baba wants us not to expect, but to accept”

Rustom and Sohrab Irani are Baba’s nephews, and were fortunate enough to grow up in Baba’s close circle. Baba was such an integral part of their childhood that, as they touch upon in this talk, they did nothing without first asking for Baba’s permission. In this hilarious and delightful recording, the twins regale us with tales such as impersonating a female American Baba lover, playing marbles with Baba on the day of His accident in Satara, and Baba’s opinion on their choice to grow mustaches. They also weave in several songs which they perform with enthusiasm.
