Welcome to the Meher Center Amartithi Gathering. We are glad that you are able to join us in recognition and remembrance of the moment when Baba dropped His body “to live eternally in the hearts of all His lovers.”
Check below for a schedule of all the programs and Zoom links to each one. Programs will take place on January 30 and 31. Please remember that all times are EST.
Sunday, January 30
12 p.m. to 1:15 p.m: Amartithi Film and Conversation
This program will begin with the short film Unbounded Love which depicts some of Baba’s close Mandali and their remembrance of Him just days after He dropped the body. Then we will have a chance to gather in small groups to discuss our own experience of Amartithi and Baba’s continued presence. Click to enter
6 p.m to 6:45 p.m: Arti
Join us for prayers that Baba wrote and devotional songs, followed by a chance to express your love for God in your own way— through music, poetry, stories, and more. Click to enter

7 p.m. to 8:45 p.m: Evening Program
Highlights of this program include a talk by Meherwan Dubash, music by Jim Meyer, a brief community-building activity, and poetry by Anna Lena Phillips Bell and Dean Mendoza. Click to enter
Monday, January 31
11:30 a.m.-12:20 p.m: Amartithi Gathering
This gathering centers on keeping 15 minutes of silence together from 12-12:15 p.m. as they do each year at Baba’s tomb in Meherabad. Before the silence, there will be music and an Amartithi reading. After the silence, we will listen to “Begin the Beguine” before we start prayers. Click to enter
In addition to these programs, the Meher Center is providing Live Streaming from some of Baba’s sacred places. There are now two locations being Live Streamed: Baba’s bedroom Sunday, January 30th 11 a.m. – 1 p.m., and a view of Long Lake every day from 6 a.m.- 9 p.m. To access, Click here
