“Baba wants us not to expect, but to accept”
Rustom and Sohrab Irani are Baba’s nephews, and were fortunate enough to grow up in Baba’s close circle. Baba was such an integral part of their childhood that, as they touch upon in this talk, they did nothing without first asking for Baba’s permission. In this hilarious and delightful recording, the twins regale us with tales such as impersonating a female American Baba lover, playing marbles with Baba on the day of His accident in Satara, and Baba’s opinion on their choice to grow mustaches. They also weave in several songs which they perform with enthusiasm.

“For love of Him, you’ll do anything”
Filis Frederick was born in 1915, and first came into Baba’s orbit in 1942 after meeting Baba’s “Trio,” Princess Norina Matchabelli, Countess Nadine Tolstoy and Mrs. Elizabeth Patterson. She felt an instantaneous connection to the three women, and through living with them came to accept Baba as the Avatar. She met Baba for the first time at the Center in Myrtle Beach in 1952, and during that visit was given permission by Baba to write a publication dedicated to Him, which took the shape of The Awakener Magazine. In this talk, Filis discusses what it means to work for Baba, and how to put yourself aside in order to love God through service.

“He has given each one of you the gift of conviction in Meher Baba’s divinity”
In this talk, Naosherwan Anzar shares stories and experiences of his life with Meher Baba, which began when Baba first held him as an infant. He goes on to share stories of his family’s devotion to Baba, and his enthusiasm as a teenager to renounce the world and join Baba who cabled back: “Renounce nothing but your present attitude.”
He then relates the last instruction he received from Baba in May 1965, and his realization of the magnitude of the responsibility Baba bestowed upon him that led to the publication of the Glow Magazine, the founding of The Beloved Archives and a life dedicated to telling the world about Meher Baba.
